I met Barrett & Ian for the very first time on their wedding day. It’s kind of like Christmas when that happens because you never really know what you’re going to get. In this case, everything about the day exceeded my expectations and I quickly realized what a great couple they are. Their family and friends had a huge part in putting together the details of the day which gave it a really personal touch. I loved everything about their wedding and they completely welcomed me with open arms. As with each couple I work with, I always consider it a huge honor when they choose me to photograph their wedding day. As crazy as it sounds, you could really feel the love that these two share for each other and the emotion that they both had during the ceremony was extremely touching. Ian & Barrett really seem to get what I do and I loved that they totally trusted my creative vision and allowed me to photograph their day as I saw it happen.
